How to use Ear Coco

Ensure the area around your ear is clean and completely dry before application of you Ear Coco acupressure device.

Gently peel off the ear patch from the backing and apply it to the targeted acupressure point on your ear.

Lightly press the ear patch to ensure proper adhesion.

Keep the ear patch on for a minimum of 3 hours to experience the full benefits of the acupressure device.

Carefully peel off the ear patch and discard after use.

For best results, apply a fresh ear patch daily.
